Due to our combined expertise in all areas of geotechnical, geodetic and environmental monitoring, Falcon Geospatial can provide asset health monitoring or “lifetime” monitoring for your asset or structure.
Our enhanced maintenance process and workflow ensures the smooth, running of the asset health monitoring system and ensures that any problems arising through its life are quickly dealt with.
We can send the data to any system (i.e building management systems or another web portal) using API technology or others data retrieval technology. Falcon Survey Engineering will consult closely with the asset owner/operator to ensure the project is set up as per their requirements.
Reports can be generated automatically and sent via email, or the client can be given access to download the reports as when needed.

Our People
Our monitoring team is split into the various fields of expertise required to successfully operate monitoring division in the following areas:
Surveying
Most of our team are from a survey related background and hold survey qualifications. They are skilled in all areas of survey from topographic to realty capture ensuring that if the monitoring project requires additional survey services.
Our monitoring surveyors can carry out these works whilst installing the monitoring network on site.
Our surveyors also undergo basic engineering training so that they can install automated system if required.
Engineering
Our engineering division consists of personnel from an engineering background, some of which have no survey experience.
This ensures that when a complex automated monitoring project requires heavy installations work you can rest assured that these personnel can safely install commission and decommission the monitoring network with minimal risk to you and your asset/ structure.
All our teams are fully equipped for every eventually. They undergo IT training to ensure that when monitoring equipment is installed. They can navigate and ensure sensors are streaming to our servers, reducing the need for heavy IT infrastructure and personnel.
Data
Monitoring data is the most important aspect of our services. We have a team of dedicated Data Processors and Data Engineers who ensure that there are no gaps or downtime in the data stream for automated monitoring projects.
Production
Our small office based production team are responsible for ensuring the engineering team has all the equipment required to install and commission automated monitoring projects.
They have both engineering and IT Skills so that when a monitoring component or sensor is deployed. its right first time. We adopt and ‘ install and forget’ policy whereby once the kit is installed the data stream should already commence.
Operations
Our Team of project managers, technical managers and operations managers ensure smooth running of all projects from enquiry stage to delivery.
Each of our monitoring projects is assigned a project manager with experience in surveying, engineering, finance and contracts ensuring that the projects are run as smoothly as possible.
Our operations team, survey, technical and operations manager stand ready to coordinate the teams and projects to guarantee that adequate resources are available, skills and training are being maintained and undertaken and technical support and expertise is at hand.
Each of these managers is at the disposal of our clients to call when needed.
